Leveraging his expertise in community cultivation and project development, in 2020, Heric founded Oasis Capital to provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies, fostering their growth and advancement in the industry. Having invested in over 30 companies to date, Heric is poised to continue fostering innovation and success within the blockchain sphere at Pentos Ventures.

Based in Hong Kong, Virginia led the marketing team at one of Southeast Asia's largest e-commerce enterprises, contributed to the company’s remarkable trajectory from its early days to IPO within a brief four-year span, from 2011-2014. A serendipitous turn of events led her to spearhead marketing efforts for an Initial Coin Offering of a fintech startup, resulting in a remarkable $26.5M raise within 1.5 months in May 2017, which laid the foundation for Crypto.com. The fintech startup she worked with has since transformed into one of the most prominent crypto exchanges in the industry today. Building on this success, Virginia co-founded Coins Group with her dedicated team, a boutique VC fund that has strategically invested in over 60 projects. Looking ahead, Virginia is poised to leverage her strategic insights and marketing acumen to partner with visionary entrepreneurs in crafting impactful and innovative ventures within the dynamic realm of Web3 technology.
